Masai Russell, a junior at Kentucky, took third in both the 100-meter hurdles and 400-meter hurdles at the Southeastern Conference Championships at the Ole Miss Track and Field Complex in Oxford, Mississippi. Russell clocked a wind-aided 12.70 seconds in the 100 hurdles, ran 55.44 in the 400 hurdles and contributed to the Wildcats earning a runner-up finish in the 4x100-meter relay in 42.63.
